It sure takes a lot to run a school!  And among one of the most important items is information.  St. John the Baptist Catholic School will need to provide a good deal of information to the families of students throughout the year.  Families will also need to make sure that the school has all of the information it needs to keep operations and administration running smoothly.

Welcome to the Policies and Forms page of the web site.  On this page, you can find just about any form you will need as a parent at St. John the Baptist Catholic School.  Forms will be sorted within appropriate subject areas and listed forms are clickable to access a printable pdf version of the form (helping the school to keep down paper costs, which helps keep tuition costs down too!).
